poss{\'{\i}}vel verificar que os desvios em geral possuem baixa

representaram bem a intensidade do vento, contudo, a
resolu{\c{c}}{\~a}o de 8 km se mostrou mais acurada que a de 1
km representando melhor a intensidade do vento sobre a {\'a}rea
analisada. ABSTRACT: Numerical models are essential tools for
weather forecasting. Eta is a limited area model whose main
proposal is to predict in greater detail phenomena close to the
Mesoscale, associated with orography, the region of emphasis of
this work. Although improvements have been made in the forecast
models, increasing the reliability and quality of forecasts, they
still have systematic errors, and do not always represent the real
intensity of the winds, especially in regions of high relief.
Therefore, this work aims to evaluate the accuracy of wind
forecasts in 10 meters, produced by the Eta regional model over
part of the Southeast Region of Brazil, where the Angra dos Reis
Nuclear Power Plant is located, through the statistical indices
BIAS, MAE and RMSE with forecast horizons of up to 72h for the
hours of 00z, 06z, 12z and 18z, comparing the resolutions of 1 and
8 km with each other in relation to reanalysis data from ERA5
(European Center for Medium-Term Weather Forecasts - ECMWF ). It
was possible to verify that the deviations in general have low
fluctuation and both resolutions represented the wind intensity
well, however, the 8 km resolution proved to be more accurate than
the 1 km resolution, better representing the wind intensity over
the analyzed area.",
